This is an excellent article from Men’s Health that talks about five nutrients that you are not getting enough of on a daily basis.  In my seminars and classes, I discuss the fact that not only are we as a society not eating correctly, the food we do eat does not have the nutrients in it that it once had.  Ensuring that you get the proper nutrients in your diet, through eating right and supplementation, is the best way for you to be proactive with respect to your health.
