The Benefits of Exercising Before Breakfast

This is a very interesting article from The Journal of Physiology that shows that exercising in the morning before breakfast can lessen the effects of holiday overindulging.

This is not the first article that I have read stating the benefits of exercising in the morning.  I myself exercise in the morning before breakfast.
